I love the website and the merchandise I had - my only issue was, when I placed the order it ended up being about £20 more expensive that what it was advertised. I think you may have charged for the personalised products, but it didn’t mention anything about the extra cost.
This I think may make people leave your site and see if they can find a cheaper alternative.
