Love the functionality of the site. Love the product range, quality is great. Some things seem a little pricey however on the whole great for gifts. Pre Christmas was difficult to get onto the web as all click through from emails were crashing. Reported this but no response. You may have lost orders with others because of this. I preservered and ordered 2 weeks after initially trying.
Very happy with the order when it arrived.
