Terrible customer service. Realised I'd made an error with my order so straight away sent an email asking for help (this was at about 10pm Sunday night). Got an email on Monday aftenroon asking me to confirm my full name and delivery address before they could handle my query, which I did straight away. Never heard back from them.
I am aware I made the mistake in the first place but the lack of response was disappointing. Even to get an email back saying there was nothing they could do would have been better than being ignored.
