The personalised products are good but communication and guidance re dispatch and delivery was frustrating. My order arrived in 3 separate deliveries over 17 days and no correct tracking information was provided and only when I queried missing items was I informed that the missing items would be arriving in a 3rd separate delivery. Pleased with items overall.
