Love the concept and think the dog personalisation is fantastic and cute. Sadly my first order was a complete muck up. I have been in contact and customer service is brilliant and has rectified my issue but I’ve had to pay for 2 delivery charges which are actually quite expensive. These items were all gifts I don’t even have a dog so it let her down as well as myself. She has ordered from you and had no issues so it’s just been bad luck on my side maybe. On the plus side what I did order was brilliant and as expected very good quality
