I have used yappy a couple of times now and been generally happy. One criticism this time though is that I purchased an over the shoulder doggy bag, and even though I’m not exceptionally tall the strap isn’t long enough even when fully extended. As it’s stitched on it can’t be swapped and to honest if it hadn’t been personalised I would have returned it. As it is I don’t think it’s going to get used. Shame, as it’s a good bag.
