The ad said it was personalised so when we were asked the dog’s name we assumed it would be on the item.
We were disappointed when it arrived minus the name.
I did email the company and send some photos as requested and was told that it was right.
We were confused why they wanted the dogs name.
As I said, we are disappointed.
The quality of the item is very good.
