Two out of the three cards were amazing and received a lot of positive comments. However, I had to email customer services because the third card didn’t come personalised, even though I was asked when placing the order for my dogs name. After umpteen emails and zero apology I was finally told that the card didn’t come personalised which did annoy me as why ask for my dogs name when placing the order? Also, I would have chosen a different card if I had of known this. It might be a good idea to make this clear on your website when ordering. Would I order again from Yappy.com? I’m not sure as I don’t feel my complaint was dealt with in a fair way.
