First issue was that the website allowed me to place an order with a delivery address of Australia. It was only in small text/different information, after placing the order, that I read that delivery was to UK or USA only. In this case, the order form should have stopped me using an Australian address (online forms can do this). I updated my order with a UK address (I'm lucky to have family there). I have just today received the forwarded package. Due to current postage delays, that has meant 6 weeks between placing the order and delivery. (I understand not the fault of this shop). My purchase included two pairs of socks and two cards. The packing slip only included the two socks. I have no idea if the cards were sent separately or weren't sent at all. Both occasions that I wanted the cards for have passed, so have just emailed to request a refund. Cute concept, and if Australian delivery was available I might order from again but overall a poor and clunky experience.
