No response at all when I enquire about sending shoes back that were the wrong size. I had asked for a replacement size which were delivered, still without any communication from Yellow Mountain staff. New shoes were sent but one of the pairs was the wrong design. It seems that I now have to pay the postage to return something that was their mistake. No response to any emails or voicemails left at the number. I do not recommend you buy direct from Yellow Mountain Martial Arts!
