Delivery was fast, trampoline frame is huge compared to our old one, really thick metal and good quality material all round, the kids love it! Box was slightly damaged on arrival but everything was packaged well and protected. Very impressed so far! As for customer service I’m not sure as I haven’t needed to return anything or get spares yet.
