WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF SPENDING MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE! After you spend my hard-earned cash on the deposit voucher, there was absolutely NO availability AT ALL for ANY 3 day spread on the booking sites at the advertised resort - Turtle Beach Resort - for the next YEAR. Despite this, this company continues to sell $99 deposit vouchers to the unwitting public... no doubt smug in the knowledge that they're simply USELESS. They're getting money for nothing, which is reflected in the vapid 'customer service' (consisting of email templates?!). That's FRAUD. Plain & simple. It's worthy of reporting to the Ombudsman & the media. It's definitely going to be harshly reviewed EVERYWHERE, starting with Facebook & beyond. These people should be ashamed of themselves, praying on families & gullible, vulnerable people already struggling. Parasites. 😡
