I liked their prompt and friendly communication. I liked that they are trustworthy as I got a full refund. Their playlist network doesn't seem shady as they accepted my song wasn't a right fit for their network of playlists and issued a full refund. I loved their transparent communication and how effortless running the campaign felt even if we didn't complete the campaign. Detailed Review: I purchased their Starter Pack for one of my Alternative-Metal songs. You can check the song Step Down by Just Suddenly, if you want to question the legitimacy of my review. On purchase, my song was assigned to a Campaign Manger, who contacted me via email. She explained the timeline and that she had begun pitching my song to the playlists in their network. Around 5-6 days later she informed me that she couldn't place my song in any of the playlists in her network. She asked if I have other songs that she could pitch, however, none of my songs were a great fit for their playlist network. At that point, she recommended I could try Youtube or Tik-Tok promotion. However, my sole focus was Spotify Promotion. So she issued a refund and within 2 days I received a full refund. I am extremely happy and would love to run a campaign with them in the future when they would be able to place my Alternative songs.
