I've run multiple campaigns with YouGrow and they've been a pleasure to work with. The service is great with speedy communication. They're upfront about whether your music would work well with their curators and gladly offer a refund or to promote your song on another platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) if they can't find a good match for it among their Spotify playlists. All in all, as advertised with a smooth and honest process.
