I had Kane as my IT support specialist and he did exactly what I required very quickly whilst communicating with me very clearly. I am sure i used the incorrect terminology a few times and yet he still followed exactly what I was after and the whole issue was finished in the space of ten minutes. He even phoned afterwards to make sure I didn't require anything else needing done whilst he was remotely connected. Top notch service
