I appreciated that there was no complex menu system and no waiting when I called; Matt answered the phone and dealt with the query on the spot, not passing me around the office and immediately accessing my workstation remotely to resolve the issue. After a quick restart, I had got what I needed and everything has worked well since then. There was no rushing, no stalling, no complex waiting or call-routing or ticket system, just a quick and simple resolution to the problem. Many thanks.
