This is my second week here at @homechildcare and already I have rang IT support on a number of occasion regarding anything from setting up user account, password reset and mapping network drives to my user area. Each time I rang, the people at IT support have been prompt, helpful and ready to solve any query. They also appear to have a lot of knowledge about our business which helps because knowing the customer generally means IT support take time to understand customer requirements. This is reassuring for a newcomer.
