My support request was dealt with Kane. He responded promptly and turned the request round in a very quick time. The request was to speak to a colleague who works remotely to get a piece of software installed on someone else's machine so that they could perform some key functions.
In the end he advised that special software wasn't needed but he still offered to speak to the new person to tutor them through the process and how to extract the data from our systems
