As a new starter it is always a bit of a problem getting to know how systems work. As such I had asked for timesheets to be added to my system which was done with no fuss and a daily email to advise of the status. The operative was very helpful and also messaged me to as whether it was a convenient time to do his thing.
So all in all a very good service.
