Speedy resolution but the resolution knocked out another VPN and outlook installation. I had asked whether the solution would remove these and you said you didn't think it would but it did. I therefore had to ask my other IT provider to re-do his installations. Would have been helpful if you could have made sure whether this would happen or not.
