I was initially very impressed with the selection and the service. But I was annoyed with the delivery as I selected a store to pick up from as I wasn't in. Then they couldn't deliver there and I got allocate a time which I changed my diary to accommodate to then wait ALL day for this delivery that was guaranteed to come for it then to tell me at 7pm (delivery was due at 11am) that it wasn't coming and I would have to wait to Monday. Then for it to be delivered and be the wrong model, which was £5 cheaper than what I paid for. I didn't contact you as I couldn't face sending the dog bed back and waiting again. So I just accepted the model that was delivered as I couldn't be bothered to be inconvienced again.
