The product was as expected and the pricing fair in comparison to other sites. Delivery was fairly speedy but, unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my house. It wasn't even delivered to a house with a similar name. I tried to contact the company by replying to e-mails they had sent alerting me to the status of the package asking of it's whereabouts but have received no reply to date. I eventually tracked the parcel down myself and arranged to collect it. I suppose it's more the courier's fault as my correct details were given by me to PSW at the time of order.
