I bought and paid for a dog blanket. 6/7 days later I had not had a dispatch email and on phoning a very pleasant man
said he was waiting for a large delivery and the blanket should be there. It was and was delivered the following day - excellent.
It does mean I paid for something you did not have in stock.
The urgency was that I was going on vacation one day later and would not be there for the delivery. You also did the same a year ago.
