After ordering a dog coat, which I assumed was in stock, I received an order confirmation which promised a notification when the coat was dispatched, but I then heard nothing more for 10 days. I 'phoned and was told I would be 'phoned back the same day, but no-one called, and it was very cold, so I bought a coat elsewhere and emailed to cancel my order. The following day, with no emailed notification of dispatch, the coat from Pet Supplies Warehouse arrived in the post and I received a very strange phone call from Pet Supplies Warehouse basically having a real go at me for being so "impatient". Not great service.
