This is my second order of cat food with this company. We live in a rural location having our pet food delivered on time is important to us. Our first order was delivered on time and promptly as per the confirmation order, we were impressed. However we feel disappointed to have not received our second order on the original advised time. This time was altered from the Friday to the following Monday. Whilst three days may not matter to some, for us it has an impact. As we live in a rural location, it meant going out to hunt down a pet shop that supplies the specific brand of food we puchase - as we would've run out had we of waited for the altered delivery date. The food arrived packaged well.
