The product which I ordered was advertised as being available, however when it arrived was completely different to that advertised and paid for. Apparently it had been discontinued so another item was sent in its place and was something I did not want. Pet supplies warehouse negotiated with me in order for me to keep the product which I did, but I am not completely satisfied. It would have been better if they had contacted me first and offered a complete refund as they could not dispatch what I ordered.
