I didn’t receive my free item with my order of Canagan as advertised on the website with no explanation. Had to phone three times to find out why. Just fobbed off with an email saying will be added to my next order. Not good enough in my opinion I’d spent more than double the amount necessary for the free item it’s more the principle than the value of the item.
