I ordered a dog bed on 27/11/17. Apart from the order confirmation I heard nothing so rang company on 11 Dec. Was told someone would ring back, no one did. Later that day had an email from a courier saying I would have a delivery on Tuesday. It was not clear from the email who the product was from or which Tuesday as no date given. However I assumed it was the bed and likely to be the next day as unlikely to get weeks notice. Courier said they would notify me with an hours delivery slot on day of delivery. No contact or delivery was made on Tuesday 12 December. Contacted Pet Supplies again on 13 Dec told someone would ring back however Courier delivered that day. So issue is about poor communication but am happy with the product.
