I ordered my dog a new bed and the one I wanted was about £15/20 cheaper on this site than anywhere else I'd seen it. It was despatched within the 7/14 days originally advised when I ordered it. My only grumble would be the delivery system used via FedEx - I had received an e-mail advising it had been despatched but then heard nothing further until a few days later, when I had a card through the door saying they had tried to deliver and if they didn't receive alternative delivery information from me within 24hours, the parcel would be returned. A little harsh bearing in mind I wasn't even advised it was being delivered that day to give me a chance to stay in to receive it!
