Fast delivery usually within two days. On the one occasion there was a problem with my order it was sorted quickly and without any fuss.
My only other comment is that the item I order regularly, Eden Country Cuisine 12Kg Medium kibble dog food, is quite often out of stock and buying the 6kg size is more expensive.
Otherwise very happy with the service.
