You need to change your size guide I ordered Large very tight, uncomfortably tight. Had to send back for XXL. If you are having a lot of returns it will save you money, and the customers a delay in their order.
The customer service is excellent so far (have not received gloves) and the quality seems very good. Consider looking into the guide, though.
