I could not use the gloves, and there was nowhere in the packaging or order email to say how to obtain an exchange or refund. This is very unusual and bad customer service. It feels like company deliberately made it difficult to find info to get an exchange or refund. It has been very frustrating to track down this information, and no customer should have to. A disappointing experience. Not a good business practice.
