I bought a dress and have tried to get back in touch with Yumi to return it as it is too big.
They sent me a notification in the delivered item to contact a website at Royal Mail which has removed them from it- clearly because customer services is non existent. Also tried to ring and no answer- messages all full
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are operating with no consumer rights to you.
