The only online clothing retailer that I have to repeatedly chase for a refund for returned items. Still waiting for a refund from an order dated 30th March! Will never order again! Shame as they have some nice stuff but I have now lost all confidence! I’ve sent several emails and not had a single response and no one answers the phone! Avoid!
