Unfortunately, I received twice a fake pair of AirPods pro 2. This was really annoying. But I have to admit that the support of YUNO was amazing, fast, polite and YUNO offered me a discount for my next order which is really appreciated. I would choose YUNO again even if I finally needed to cancel my existing contracts because of bad experience.
