I had a really poor experience with ordering the hair extensions, I got messages to say $15 off for the item I was looking at but when I went to apply this it wasn’t valid. I reached out to customer service multiple times and different days and by the time I heard back the colour hair extensions were sold out. I ended up ordering full price without the welcome $15 discount or free shipping advertised on the website for orders over $100 which wasn’t applied.
