I have been ordering Zala halo extensions for over 5 years. In the last year or maybe more I feel the quality of these extensions have diminished significantly. The elastic loops have unraveled. The color of the extensions I usually order has changed and the quality of the hair itself varies greatly. I am considering finding another company to get my halos. Also the website is NOT user friendly and many times I can't seem to get past the ridiculous security system. Why do we need strict security to order hair extensions?? Unnecessary for the customer.
