A little upset with the hair. It doesn’t fit my head and It is a bit unfair that you can’t really try it on without having to break the warranty seal and then unable to return if you aren’t happy. I just received it today and haven’t used it. Can I please return it. The pony tail and the hair do not fit my head properly and doesn’t look good. Kind regards Laoura
