They sent a dirty shirt the first time. The customer service was quick to respond and assured me once I ship it back they will send me a clean piece. They sent a completely different article and have not reimbursed the delivery charges either!! Really disappointed. Still awaiting response on their recent blunder.
Update: the customer service has ultimately resolved the issue.
