Ordered some Blu Rays Sunday 30th but tried to cancel an hour later as I spent too much. Got a reply from them an hour later saying they were in the dispatch stage and couldn't be cancelled (within 2 hours of the order? On a Sunday?).
Took them 5 days to send all the orders out and still not received as of today (16th).
Filled in their "order not received" form and still nothing back. No live help, no number to call - atrocious.
