Like most reviews here, I ordered 30th November with plenty of time to deliver before Christmas. I am in the Netherlands and the delivery time was 3 days. WHAT A LIE. I never received anything until now, I had no gifts to give for Christmas!!!
I contacted customer service over 40 times (YES, 40) and never got a reply. I am just copy pasting the same message, spamming them as much as I can. Never received an aswer since 30th November.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPARE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I hope they go out of business soon.
