I ordered an item back in December and it was awaiting dispatch since then. I have tried to cancel my order and get a refund but they state that "We are sorry that we have not been able to fulfil your request as it has already been posted out to you or has already entered the dispatch process."
It has not been posted out and has been awaiting dispatch with and estimated date of 28/12/20.
Will never use again.
