Poor customer services 3 orders not received emailed & Facebook messaged constantly got back to me today saying no refund as after being told to wait as delays to covid now being told I waited too long !!!
Out of pocket £178/£156/£78 because I payed via Laybuy/open pay & Clearpay!!!!
Do not trust there pre orders as this what I did an haven’t received with covid thought there could have been delays but they have said no refund !!!!!
Disgusting I will not shop with zavvi or any of the hut group ever again !!!!
Spent the past 9 days with zavvi customer services over refund of orders not received !! They ask me do I want a refund & then refuse refund & then close my account so I can’t continue my complaint !!! This company is the worst over £300 out of pocket an because I used kalarna/Clearpay I can’t reverse the charge so BUYER BEWARE !!
