I order Destiny: the Taken king and I expected to receive it on the release date of 15th September. Nothing arrested arrived so I contacted them the following day. A day later they got back to me and said that there had been a mix up in the warehouse and my order was not dispatched.
I eventually heard from them on the 18th saying that they have dispatched the item. It should arrive on Tuesday, a full week after the release date.
Don't be fooled by the low prices. The service is terrible.
