I pre-ordered skylanders superchargers with zavvi and began to get suspicious yesterday when it just sat I waiting for stock pick. They didn't contact me. I mailed them.
I received a reply today to say that They have no stock of the item that I had pre-ordered !!! They may have cheaper prices but there is a reason for this. Their customer service does not exist they are appalling and I am shocked they are still trading. I would rather now pay an extra 10.00 and know I will get the product have asked for and on the day its due.
Pls do not buy from zavvi
