Worst customer services. Their default position is 'computer says no.' They respond to questions you"ve not asked and with other people's names and continually ignore the tough questions completely. No attempts whatsoever to go above and beyond to rectify problems. No human beings you can talk to and options to respond to problems that are limited and fo not usually fit the problem being reported. So called Zavvi exclusives suddenly crop up on other sites and they state limited editions to get you to buy and then they print lots more eg Tartan steelbook. Appalling.
