Absoluetly horrifc
They robbed me. They never delivered my parcel and then they just kept my money. £279.99, they just, kept it. I've spoken to almost every member of staff there (including the Customer Relations Executive) and no one wants to put an end to it. I really want to say how I feel but im just so dishearted. I just don't have the energy to walk you through my experience. All I'll say is, stay clear of Zavvi. It's just not worth feeling like this.
