Trying to return an item that arrived poorly packaged and damaged - Has taken weeks to get a replacement sent out from their email only customer services, and once I did, they ignored my requests to have it packaged in a box. Lets see if this one arrives damaged too.
They have literally ignored pretty much everything I have said to them, and get this - THERE IS NO UK PHONE NUMBER TO CALL, UNLESS YOU BUY THROUGH EBAY- THEN YOU CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES........Don't call them unless you do buy through eBay though because they wont help you.
USELESS company and I wont be dealing with them again.
