Absolutely terrible. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. Brought lego. They sent the wrong item to me. Now the lego item I wanted is out of stock. Ruined Christmas and spoke to over 30 staff who NEVER your questions.
Can't call them. You can't email them. No online chat. The only way to sort out mistakes and problems is through their website which is a broken mess!
AVOID.
