I seriously don't even want to give them one star, but since it's not possible to give them none, this is the grade I'm forced to give them.
I don't know where to start or where to end in this review, so I'll just lay it down in short terms.
I ordered a Zbox in the beginning of October and thereby I also automatically subscribed for the boxes to come in future. Or so I thought.
I had to write to let them know, that I had not received my box after 14 days. They replied, that it had to be on it's way and I got it the next day.
In the end of October I wrote them again to ensure that my "November box" would come as I planned, since I could not see anything in my subscription list on their website. They replied that everything was in order.
In the beginning of November my status still said: "Pending". Naturally they had withdrawn the money from my account (that always seem to be working). However no shipment of my order was made. I've contacted Zavvi on the occasions the following days. They all had different stories and explanations. 24 hour respond time is by the way very annoying when you try to communicate with someone. Well, they first told me they couldn't find my order, then that they couldn't find the subscription and finally that it had been shipped on the 2nd of November. I live fairly close to the UK and I still have received absolutely nothing :-( My status still says: "Pending" and I'm still extremely upset!
